21 Day Cleanse Snacks & Smoothie

One of my favorite parts of doing the Standard Process 21 Day Cleanse is trying new recipes. Try some of my favorite snacks and smoothies for the first 10 days of the Standard Process Purification Program.

These little figgy bites with a cup of tea are a fabulous afternoon snack.

– 1.5c shredded coconut
– 1 c figs
– 2 t melted coconut oil
– 2 T coconut milk
– 1 t vanilla
– .5t cinnamon
– pinch of salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor until well blended. Form into bite-sized balls and roll in shredded coconut. Chill in fridge or freezer. I like them better in the freezer, but it’s pure personal preference, Dr. Christy
