Power Packed Breakfast and Snack


I’ve really been into overnight oats the past few weeks. They’re raw resistant starch & so yummy besides! After riding the grain free train for some time, I’ve come to the realization that my body likes grains and even functions better with some as part of my diet. Weston A. Price teaches traditional methods of grain preparation that can make them a very healthy part of your diet. I do think that going grain free can be a therapeutic healing diet, but make sure that’s what YOUR body wants before jumping on a long- term trend. (Remember when everyone was fat-free?
